No Cancellations After Purchase
Once a subscription or one-time purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled.
You will continue to have access to the purchased service or subscription until the end of the paid term.
No Refunds
All payments made for our services are non-refundable, regardless of usage or early termination.
This applies to subscriptions, renewals, and one-time purchases.
Auto-Renewals
If your plan is on an auto-renewal basis, charges will be applied at the start of each billing cycle.
You may disable auto-renewal anytime in your account settings to prevent future charges, but fees already charged remain non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payments caused by a technical error on our systems.
Any such requests must be raised within 7 business days of the transaction.
Transparency of Services
Before subscribing, we encourage users to review plan features, pricing, and terms of use to ensure the service aligns with their needs.
